From October 28-30, 2024, HEVI attended the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) Annual Conference in Boston, MA. This year’s event centered on the theme of Port Prosperity, welcoming representatives from over 90 ports across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
The exhibit hall served as a hub for networking and learning, where HEVI’s team—Dana TV and Patrick—shared insights on how electric heavy equipment is shaping the future of sustainable port operations.
In addition to our exhibit, the conference featured inspiring keynote speakers who explored key challenges and opportunities for the maritime industry. Their talks provided valuable perspectives that complemented the conversations happening at our table.
HEVI also added some fun to the event with our prize giveaway! Congratulations to:
- Jeet Manhas from the Port of Nanaimo
- Tim Brankin from Eagle Rail
Our photo gallery highlights the energy of the event: keynote speakers sharing their expertise, Halloween-themed decorations at the hotels, and even our scale model equipment preparing for its flight to Boston.
